Veritechs (“Veritechs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit veritechs.com (the “Site”) or engage with us as a prospective or current client.
We try to keep this short and direct. If anything is unclear or you have a privacy concern, email us at jsa01@veritechs.com and we’ll respond within five business days.
1. Who we are
Veritechs is a B2B consultancy based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. We provide digital transformation, automation, and AI services to operations-led B2B companies.

2. What information we collect
We collect three categories of information.
Information you provide directly
- Contact form submissions: name, company, email address, and the message you write us
- Booking information: when you schedule a call via Cal.com, we receive your name, email, and any context you share with the booking
- Email correspondence: anything you email us, plus any attachments you send
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect:
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time on page
- Cookies: small text files stored in your browser. We use cookies for analytics and visitor tracking (described below).
Information from third-party services
When you interact with the Site, we may receive information from third-party services we use:
- Apollo.io (visitor tracking): identifies the company associated with your visit based on IP address and other technical signals. In some cases (limited to U.S. visitors), Apollo may identify individual visitors using third-party cookies.
- Vercel Analytics: aggregate page-view data
- LinkedIn, X, and other social platforms: standard referral data when you click through from those platforms
3. Why we collect this information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries and provide the services you request
- Schedule and conduct sales conversations
- Improve the Site and our services
- Understand which content is useful to our audience
- Identify companies that may benefit from Veritechs services and reach out to them through compliant channels
- Meet legal and regulatory obligations
- Protect against fraud and abuse
We do not sell personal information.
4. Legal basis for processing (for EU/UK visitors)
If you are in the EU or UK, our legal basis for processing your personal data is one of the following:
- Consent: when you submit a form or accept cookies
- Legitimate interest: for analytics, visitor tracking, and improving our services
- Contractual necessity: when we provide services to you under an engagement

We use the following service providers, each of whom processes data on our behalf under their own privacy policies:
- Vercel (https://vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy): website hosting and analytics
- Resend (https://resend.com/legal/privacy-policy): transactional email delivery
- Cal.com (https://cal.com/privacy): scheduling and booking
- Apollo.io (https://www.apollo.io/privacy-policy): visitor identification and sales intelligence
- Sanity (https://www.sanity.io/legal/privacy): content management for our blog
- Microsoft Outlook (https://privacy.microsoft.com): email infrastructure for veritechs.com correspondence
We do not share your information with any party not listed above, except when required by law or court order.
6. Cookies and tracking
The Site uses cookies for the following purposes:
- Essential cookies: required for the Site to function
- Analytics cookies: to understand how visitors use the Site (Vercel Analytics)
- Visitor identification cookies: to identify the company you’re visiting from (Apollo)
You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies may affect some functionality of the Site.
We do not currently use cookies for advertising or retargeting.
7. Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above:
- Contact form submissions and email correspondence: retained indefinitely, as part of our business correspondence and customer relationship history
- Analytics data: retained for 24 months, then anonymized or deleted
- Visitor tracking data: retained per Apollo’s standard retention (currently 12 months)
- Booking data: retained per Cal.com’s standard retention
If you’d like your data deleted, contact us at jsa01@veritechs.com and we’ll do so within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Deletion: ask us to delete your personal information (“right to be forgotten”)
- Objection: object to certain types of processing (e.g., visitor tracking)
- Portability: receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent: if processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time

We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.
9. International data transfers
Veritechs is based in Canada, but our service providers (Vercel, Apollo, Cal.com, and others) may process data in the United States or other countries. By using the Site, you consent to the transfer of your information to these jurisdictions. We rely on the service providers’ own legal mechanisms (Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, etc.) for compliant international data transfers.
10. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including:
- HTTPS encryption for all Site traffic
- Authenticated access to our systems
- Reputable service providers with their own security certifications
No system is 100% secure. If we ever become aware of a data breach affecting your personal information, we’ll notify you in accordance with applicable law.
11. Children’s privacy
The Site is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we’ve inadvertently collected information from a minor, contact us and we’ll delete it.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated more prominently (for example, via a banner on the Site or an email if we have your address).
